'Hello Youtube Family ❤ We are back with another set of exercises and variation of CARTWHEEL . A cartwheel is a sideways rotary movement of the body. It is performed by bringing the hands to the floor one at a time while the body inverts. The legs travel over the body trunk while one or both hands are on the floor, and then the feet return to the floor one at a time, ending with the athlete standing upright. A classic cartwheel performed with proper gymnastics form always starts with a forward lunge: the lead leg (stronger leg) in front and the weaker leg in the back. BENEFITS OF DOING CARTWHEEL IMPROVES STRENGTH: A cartwheel builds strength in your arms, shoulders, legs, and core. The more you practice doing cartwheels, the more strength you’ll build. IMPROVES BALANCE : When you learn how to do a cartwheel, it requires substantial balancing skills. Learning the proper technique and how to do a cartwheel correctly, requires you to have full control over your muscles, a great deal of balance to avoid falling. IMPROVES BONE HEALTH, CIRCULATION AND BREATHING: Learning how to do a cartwheel will strengthen your bones, including your spine, shoulders, arms, and wrists. Completing a proper cartwheel improves blood flow and airflow to your lungs. SOME IMPORTANT POINTS: You should do proper Warm-up before doing Cartwheel. Don\'t over train yourself. Start with a few repetitions in the beginning gradually increasing them with time.
